The TRAGER Approach is the late Milton Trager, M.D.’s innovative approach to mind/body integration and movement education.  Through gentle touch and mobilization, habituated tensions and pain are effortlessly replaced with a free, balanced body and mind.

Its wide appeal comes from the long lasting, positive changes reported from individual sessions.  Clients come for stress reduction, to become reconnected with their bodies or to enhance their athletic or artistic performances.  Others are challenged by injuries, pain or chronic conditions.  I individually tailor every session to support your specific needs.

During sessions, I share self-care movements that integrate the feelings of fluid movement into your everyday activities.  You get to take the session home with you!
